More hair on the pillow
More strands on your hairbrush or comb
More hair in the drain
More prominent parting

According to the British Association of Dermatologists, it’s normal to lose anywhere from 30 to 150 strands of hair per day. Since there are on average 100,000 hair follicles on each person’s scalp, the loss of 150 or so hair strands a day doesn’t make a big difference in appearance.
